I like the fact that there are no chemicals used in cleaning the carpets and no resulting soap residue. Plus your service is amazing! The technician that came was very kind and knowledgeable. He did a great job and our very dirty carpets that were long overdue for cleaning came out looking like they're brand new.

I like the patients Chris had in doing his job while contending with my questions. He was very thorough from start to finish. He was able to show me before and after pictures of the ducts, It was awesome to watch as a big chunk of hair balls come through the air intake as he was cleaning the furnace portion that he was able to do.
