I really liked the idea of having my carpets cleaned without soap. I'd always known that soap residue could attract dirt, and that's what always happened before. I have high expectations that it won't happen this time. I was amazed how clean my steps were after cleaning as they hadn't been cleaned in years.
The service technician was outstanding. He explained everything well and was very friendly. He put booties on as soon as he arrived. I think he did an excellent job.
