We had a cat urine problem and the woman who came to do our carpet, was so professional and thorough. And I appreciated the fact that when a little of the smell still lingered, my request for Zerorez to come back (within that 30 day window) was immediately answered. And the smell is gone. We are very impressed with the quality of the work.
