Chris was the tech that cleaned our ducts and he was very professional and did a very thorough job and recommended some extra services I wasn't aware that Zerorez offered to help with my husbands extreme allergies. What a difference! I was very worried I might have to rehome my beloved dogs but cleaning the ducts and adding the antimicrobial fog treatment made a huge difference in reducing how often he needs to use his inhaler. Also buying the electrostatic filter and cleaning the furnace was recommended for a complete and thorough treatment. Two days later Zerorez sent tech Geoff out to clean our carpets. Both men wore booties to protect my floors. Geoff also was professional and did a thorough job cleaning my carpet and stairs. I was very impressed that he attached a specially designed plastic drape over the front door to help keep the cold air out while he cleaned the carpet. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who is looking to have their ducts or carpets cleaned! Its not cheap but for us it would not be worth taking the chance paying less and not getting an excellent and thorough job done! I'm keeping my dogs and my husband can breath so much easier!!!

The service, which was duct cleaning, was performed thoroughly, everything was cleaned and put back together. Couldn't be happier.

Except for the damage done by cats (fibers torn off down to the carpet backing), the 13 year old carpet looks almost new. My technician, Rob (I don't remember his last name), did an excellent job. It was obvious he took pride in his workmanship. Very personable - good at relating to the me and my needs.

My technician, Corey, was very pleasant, prompt, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he took the time to talk to me and answer my questions, and he did a good job cleaning my carpet. I'm am very pleased and will definitely use Zerorez again.

I am very impressed with the Zerorez's cleaning service. We found couple candle drip spots on our carpet after the cleaning. I called Zerorez; they scheduled in the next day to take care of the candle drips and no charge. I definitely recommend Zerorez to all of our friends.

I was very impressed with the care taken to protect my home. Issac had to come in and out of the house on a snowy/rainy day. Since he was working in the basement, he had to take extra care to not disrupt the decorated banister in the entry. Plus! the door was not just propped open, but actually covered.

The product they used cleaned very well and dryed fairly quick, after vacuuming the rug looked new, the tech knew what he was doing and pleasant to chat with, thumbs up!
