Serviceman was very thorough and did a great job. Only negative is he didn't tell me what the price of the protectant was that he said he was gonna spray on the carpet. Only found out when he showed me the invoice and needed the payment.

I really appreciated all the time the carpet cleaner, unfortunately I can't remember his name, took in explaining all my options to me and then it feels like he took extra time and care to do the most he could to clean the carpets under circumstances that made the job a bit more difficult.
