The gentleman who did our two rooms was friendly and knowledgeable of the product and could answer all of my questions. We had some really bad areas and he worked hard to get them clean. I would rate his work and his work ethics a ten, very professional.

Wow! You guys have an amazing product and a wonderful team. From the people I talked to over the phone to the guys that came out to clean...an all around professional and friendly group. This was the 1st time we had our carpets professionally cleaned and we're so glad we chose your company. We have 3 bigger dogs and that dog smell that seemed to be embedded in the carpet, even with frequent cleanings with a home carpet cleaner, it's gone and our home smells clean again & the carpet looks like new! It really "works" cleanest my old carpet has been since it was new.

I've been using xerorez for years and am always very satisfied with how my carpets turn out. Your customer service during scheduling and with the technician is top notch. I was pleased to be able to get my carpets done before the holiday and Caleb did a great job and was very friendly!

Liked the constant communication before the service. Also liked the technician who was very professional and friendly and worked very hard to make our carpet look new again which didn't seem possible. Your technology was able to get the stains off of our carpet and our carpet dried very quickly.

Where can one start? From the time Hayden came to our home and introduced himself and what Company he represented to the time he left was very OUTSTANDING. You have one very good employee working for and representing your Company.

Hayden explained everything he was going to do before he started, he took his Black light walked around our room and explained in detain what he was looking for and how to tell the difference from one soiled area to another. When he started he explained why he was doing what he was about to do and every step he explained,

Mostly because either my wife or myself KEPT ASKING HIM QUESTIONS. If we'd just shut up and watched he'd gotten finished a little bit earlier. He knows your technique in how to explain and how to do what he's supposed to do.... I asked him about how much OJT he had and he'd mentioned 3 - 4 weeks working with someone else before he was on his own.... Keep in mind who ever trained Hayden did a great job and he/she needs to be told how good of a job they did training Hayden.

Over all we were very impressed with the work Hayden did from start to finish, One more thing, I'd mentioned to him that he didn't need to wear his shoe covering and he mentioned it's protocol, the Company wants him to wear the cover. He took them off everytime he went out side and put them on every time he came back in.
