It was nice to have a phone call letting me know when the technician was going to arrive. The technician, Cory, was very nice and courteous and was right on time. He cleaned out our dryer vent. However, it would have been nice to have the lint that was blown out of the vent cleaned up off the grass. That should be part of the service. We will definitely use your company again.

We loved everything about you guys1 The man that cleaned our carpet was awesome! He was friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable and efficient. Our carpet came out beautiful. Our carpet that is 2 yrs old is polished and shiny again but the real test was our hallways- that carpet is 11 years old with lots of traffic in a houseful (26 when we areal l here!) and on a farm. There was old sap and lots of dirt -- not anymore!!! it is looking like new!! So excited about it that I got right onto facebook to tell my friends to not hesitate to use you. Dryer vent was cleaned successfully from outside the house. No need to disconnect the duct line inside the house at the dryer. A big advantage over a previous service provider in-house approach.

The carpets look great and the service was professional, one thing that kinda through me for a loop was the stairs,I needed my stairs done and online I said 1 stairs thinking it was for one set of stairs.. Not the case, when the cleaner got to my house he ask if I would like my whole staircase done and I said yes please I thought that was in my order, he said that it was but for one individual stair.. so I had to add 11 more stairs at $4 each.. I am still satisfied but I think it needs to be made clear that when doing your order online people need to know that they need to count all stairs. He also said that most people/customers have made the same mistake. I needed them done so I just said that's fine. Thank you again!
