I don't remember the name of the gentleman that came to my house. He did an absolutely amazing job! He got stains out I did not think would be removable. My carpets look brand new and I am so happy. We are a commercial account with high traffic and a lot of accidents happen between quarterly cleanings. The staff is glad to show up early and really work to get those nasty stains out. It made our carpets presentable until our next Zererez scheduled cleaning. Your service is so worth it when you add the facts that your team will touch up any accidents between services. I have recommend your services a lot. My carpets and stairs are beautiful ! They are a light
beige color. We had traffic area that I could not get clean with my stream cleaner. JAMES AND WILL had the area spotless! Love your product and your awesome employees. Even your answering employees are so helpful and very business tailored.
