The cleaning was excellent, arrived on time. We were over charged for the services and my wife was told that we received a free bathroom cleaning when, in fact, the bathroom wasn't touched.

I have had a horrible experience in the past with zero razz unfortunately I feel like that was because I was not home and I had a teenager at home while the cleaning was being done. I decided to give zero razz a chance again only because I had heard several times from friends that they had done a wonderful job at their house and after trying several different carpet companies I decided to give them a chance. The technician that came out to my house came in with a very positive attitude I showed him the areas that I need cleaned and the areas that I was concerned with he told me that he would do His best which she definitely did. My carpets look better than they have in years I have six children and a husband who doesn’t Take his boots off after work. The carpets have not looked so good in years. So please give the technician that came to my house kudos because he did a wonderful job my house looks great and I definitely will use zero razz again however I will make sure that I’m home and not my teenage daughter.
