Zerorez always does a through job. Their products work for a clean carpet! They also vacuum the product and don't leave it on the carpet to dry dirt back into the fibers. Good job Zerorez!

Only service I'd recommend to clean carpets. Mine look and feel amazing, and not just for a couple weeks like some other companies, where the grime works it's way back to the surface, these actually stay clean! Love it!

Well my first appointment there was a miscommunication between (me) the customer and the person who made my appointment. As soon as the company found out I had an a problem (Kim) tried to correct the problem immediately. This is the kind of company I like doing business with. Zerorez stands behind their word and cares about the cutomer. They had to send someone eles back to deorderize the carpet. The second technician that came out was Awesome!! Not only did he do an excellent job but he cared about the job he was sent to do. I'd say he went above and beyond. I will definitely use Zerorez again and refer anyone who may need a carpet company.
