I think the sub-floor cleaning is great. It seems to have left a residue, but as it dries, that gets better. I had a HUGE problem with a doggie in my home and the smell and stains are completely gone. So...very happy and will call again!

I love the fact that the technician was very diligent in addressing our households needs and I am confident he did the best possible job, he really cared about getting results. When I let him know that I had to stay within a certain budget, he really worked with me to come to a solution and also offered a couple of options for future visits so I could split up costs. I really appreciated his honesty and respectfulness!
