Very professional guy cleaned my carpets after explaining everything to me in a language that I understood. He was on time. I had to leave while the carpets were still being cleaned and I felt very safe leaving the Zerorez employee in my home by himself.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff; was notified when technician was on the way; technician gave detailed instructions and suggestions of what to do and not do; estimate matched the work provided.
