I like that you follow up on times and meet your predictions. Calling 15 to 20 minutes before you arrive is very helpful also. We have been using Zerorez for many years and have always been happy with the results. The techs that have been in our home have been courteous and thorough. They answer all questions and leave our home in great shape.

I had a couch and recliner cleaned by Zerorez. I really didn’t have much hope for the recliner. It’s old and had never been cleaned before. The recliner and the couch both looked great after. The tech was Will & he was awesome. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
