Best people to deal with things done right the first time

ZeroRez took an older carpet that had seen it's better day and greatly improved it. Pet stains were much improved and the color was nicely brightened. It bought me some time til I am able to replace it! Great job by an excellent technician who was very accomodating!

I have never had anything but a great experience with Zerorez cleaning our carpets. They are the only one we will call.

I finally got the link to work from my email! Yay!!! So, I had my carpet cleaned on October 1st by my Knight in Shining White Van, Mr. Shawn Carter!!! 😀 My carpets were horrible and smelled. By the time the carpet dried I was able to walk barefoot in my house again and even sit on my living room floor and not smell wet dog! Shawn was very knowledgeable about cleaning carpet and gave me a lot of tips on keeping up the maintenance and what not to do! I definitely would recommend y’all ask for Shawn when making your appointment, I am very anxious about strangers in my house and Shawn instantly made me feel comfortable and we had some great conversations while he was setting up and tearing down his equipment. I will be asking for Shawn every time we make an appt from now on!! Thanks Shawn and ZEROREZ!!!

Attendant was thorough and courteous. Carpet was really clean. Correspondence was great - knew when he was coming and how much it would cost.

We had a wonderful experience with zerorez. Guy was the guy who performed the service for us. He was very polite, personable, and informative. He answered all of our questions. He did a wonderful job on our carpets! We hope the next time we get our carpets done we will get him. Although I'm sure there our others that work for the company will do just as good job because they are trained that way. We signed up at the fair for their special deal. It was well worth it. We upgraded and got the added protection put on the carpets as we felt that would save our carpets a bit longer.

I like the natural products and the service tech was beyond great he was such a pleasure working with this tech was great in my book this technician is definitely an asset to Zerorez he went above and beyond anything that we could have asked for worked very late took on extra rooms and was very glad to do it I cannot say enough good things about him.

I prefer as chemical free as possible. I like the empowered water approach. I actually have had a water machine for year's which I can change the PH levels.

Technician arrived on time and was courteous, friendly, and helpful. He worked quickly and quietly and explained his billing for me. The e-mail receipt is very convenient.

The cleaning product used does a very good job. You have choices of the type of cleaning you need done. Workers are very polite and hard working. I like the black light that shows pet accidents so they can be pretreated. Always very happy with zerorez.

Michael did an excellent job for us. Very friendly and explained your cleaning process very well. Was so pleased with his work, I scheduled him to come back next month to clean our sectional and chair.
