Michael C. came out and did my mom's carpets on November 7, 2018. We had blood stains on the carpet and he was able to get them all out. He is an amazing young man and you guys are very lucky to have him as an employee. I am going to have my carpets done soon and I will call and have him come out. He is very knowledgeable and just did an excellent job on the cleaning. I was very pleased with the job.

They were very easy to work with. I had to unexpectedly cancel my appt on short notice and they were very understanding. They also did a GREAT job cleaning the carpets and they didn't have that soap/chemical smell that is usually left after my carpets are cleaned. I highly recommend Zero Rez

Carpet cleaners were terrific. Very personable, hard working, and helpful in explaining the details. The results were outstanding.

Duct cleaning tech was also friendly and knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing and why. He also had plenty of good advice to help us keep our system in good order. He did overlook ad couple details after leaving - most vents were left closed, and the central heating unit door was left ajar, making the system inoperable. You needed to hire a tech from another company to visit the site and fix the problem. Overall, we're very happy.
