Guy C. did an excellent job in cleaning our carpets. Very professional and worked quickly. He had a great attitude about his job also. He cared for the customer. Great guy -- please reward him.
The only suggestion I would make is to notify the customer a day or two in advance the time frame they would likely be arriving. Give a two to three hour window time frame. This way one is not hanging around all day wondering when they would show up. I did appreciate the call that they were on their way.

Dayne did an excellent job on our duct cleaning job. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. We are well pleased with the complete job. Please reward him.
The only suggestion I would make is to call the customer a day or so in advance letting them know the time frame Zerorez would arrive within an hour or two. This way one is not waiting all day for them to arrive.

The technicians are very friendly, professional and efficient. I always get phone and email confirmations and when they say they will be at our home at a certain time, they are right on time.

They were able to come out the same day! Our dog got sick on the living room carpet and they were out within 2 hours of us finding it. It was horrible. Tech Shawn C. was AMAZING!!! He was very nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very professional and I did a great job, the carpet also turned out great!

Your employee was very prompt & helpful as far as what type of cleaning to go with. Also did an excellent job. My carpets were baaad, since I have 2 dogs & also dog sit when family goes out of town. Better service & results than I've had from any cleaner that I've used recently.

I've really been impressed with Zerorez since I first used it. Shawn (or Shane), who was the young man cleaning our carpets yesterday, was great - quick, easy to converse with, did a wonderful job, and paid special attention to a couple of tracked-on areas I pointed out. We appreciated him a lot!
I like the machine that pulls and scrapes the carpet, pulling dog hair from the carpet.
