The 2 technicians, Patrick & Lucas were fabulous!! Very informative! They were professional, friendly and very thorough. Our carpets are about 30 yrs old and when they were finished, our carpets looked brand new!! I will definitely use Zeroez again in the future!

I love that it’s chemical free and cleans wonderfully well with the hot water solution. My carpets look like new! And dried very quickly. Very happy and delighted with the service. Will definitely use again!

I had a great experience. Our technician was very courteous and took his time to explain the procedure and helped us understand the extent of the issues with our carpets. He gave us some options and we picked what would be best in our situation. Our carpets came out beautiful!! Our technician was patient in answering all questions and he did an awesome job. Would recommend and would recommend our technician again. I think Blake was his name but honestly, wonderful service and a wonderful job!
