I had a great experience with using Zerorez for the first time. My carpets had not been cleaned in 2 years due to medical problems.....and not knowing who to call. One of your ads on the TV came up and someone was saying how great the experience was for "3 rooms for $99". I have a very small house so I thought I'd give it a try.

Jacob or Jake I think was the name of the young man who provided the cleaning. (Tall, young, handsome young man!) He was very friendly and answered all my questions.

I would recommend you to any of my friends!

Prompt, kind and thorough with the cleaning.....Edward has been kind and considerate to our senior population when he is scheduled to clean individual apartments. The functionality of the mobile unit is wonderful as it eliminates the cords and hoses that previous companies have had to utilize, presenting constant trip hazards for our seniors (many with walkers, canes, wheelchairs). Our residents are quite satisfied with the cleaning results, the price, and Edwards's kindness....and when my residents are happy, as building manager, I am happy!

The area cleaned was in really bad shape. Your serviceman inspected the entire area to be worked on, suggested the best treatment solutions, and did an excellent job of cleaning and removing stains. I was very pleased with the results.
