The technician was very friendly, did a very good job and was prompt.
The only thing we did not care for was the length of time it took for the smell to go away from the carpet protection that was applied.
I was not home when the technician arrived to clean our dryer vent, but my wife was very pleased. She said he was very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend Zerorez to anyone.
