Cleaning got up all soiled spots including one fruit juice stain that has been there for years. The young man who did the cleaning was friendly and did a good job.

The guys (Guy and Max) were very friendly, they weren't pushy about taking more services (they said what was available but no pressure) which was VERY much appreciated since I knew what I wanted and nothing more, and they did an excellent job. A friend who used same company but different service folks said they loved their work but were very uncomfortable with the pressure to get spot-cleaning and protective spray but our guys were not. And also friendliness means a LOT so thank you for that also.
The downside is related to the scheduler. You can say to you're blue in the face that they can't give less than a 4-hour window for arrival time because they don't know how long a job will take, but other companies providing services can narrow it to two hours or less, so we don't buy it. That would be the ONLY thing that would keep us from using you again.

Zerorez does a fantastic job. We are in the process of moving our growing family into a house that I needed to clean literally every surface of to remove dirt, cobwebs, and pet hair, so it was imperative to me that the carpets were deeply and thoroughly cleaned before I put my toddler and newborn down to play. Zerorez was able to get our carpets (which were already second-hand when installed) looking darn near new again, and they were able to offer additional services (in a helpful, non "sales-pitch-to-increase-my-commission" kind of way) where necessary to remove past pet stains so my mind could be totally at ease.

This is my third time using them, and I will continue to recommend them to everyone!

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean my carpets were when they were finished, kind of horrified me how dirty they must have been. It felt great to get that help and service before moving into my new home. They tested my grout to see if it was super dirty or just black grout, and offered more services! Was awesome! My second time using Zerorez and probably will keep using for future needs.

My technician worked really hard on the problem spots and even got all this gummy residue up from a rodent glue trap that one of the dogs had gotten into and gotten into the carpet. I love that the carpet dry so quickly after a ZeroRez cleaning. The carpets look great!
