first of all, travis was absolutely great to deal with, makes you feel comfortable and explains everything in detail. The suggestions were good to hear and he backed them up with data that made sense, easily understood, He was patient and kind. Not a trate you find now days.
As for the cleaning of my kitchen carpet, while he was cleaning it , the detail in the carpet could be seen even while it was still wet. when done, it was so nice of a job that I don't have to replace the carpet, I have had several other cleaning companies here to try to clean it and they all failed miserably, They did try hard but in vain. Your product did a stellar job, I must say that I was a bit pessimistic after so many failures but so very delighted to see that your product made the carpet "come alive" again. So many thanks to you and your wonderful worker, he is a credit too your business in so many ways.
