I loved that I was able to do set the appointment online, get email confirmation, receive detailed updates about how to prepare for the deep cleaning, a text notification with a map link to follow our cleaning specialist when he was on his way, and finally, receive the invoice via email!! Our cleaning specialist arrived on time and was done with 3 rooms and stairs in about 45 minutes. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE!!

I wasn't as impressed with the technician Aaron as I was with Remington: I was disappointed to hear that Remington had left the company. Aaron did an okay job but Remington had spent a little extra time on the tough spots and I feel the carpet was cleaned much better last appointment. One thing that did bother me was Aaron was wearing earbuds when I was just in the dinning room and this prevented me from asking questions during the cleaning. Aaron put all his equipment away before I could inspect the job. I thought that he did a little too much banging on our storm door while taking out his equipment: because he couldn't hear with his earbuds in.

I'm probably old-fashioned but I find it rude wearing earbuds while in the presence of the customer. Aaron did his job but I guess I was expecting the same type of quality service as I had when Remington was the technician. This was the reason I had requested Remington. Not sure if I want to use your service next time I need a carpet cleaning, Aaron wasn't bad he just wasn't the quality I've come to expect: especially with all the hype of Zerorez. My wife wasn't that impressed with the job, either. She's not sure if she wants someone to come back out.

We have used your service several years and continue to do so. Very satisfied with your services.

Every time I’ve had Zerorez come out for a service they have always done a fantastic job and they are always very friendly. Rusty came out and cleaned our ducts/furnace/dryer vent, he was very professional and is a hard worker. He informed me of what he was going to do and kept me posted during the process.
