Travis did a great job on our carpets. I purchased 3 rooms cleaned . It was only walk ways of each room, we did not move any of the big stuff. He said it would be around 40 minutes and it was 40 minutes and all done. I will use Zerorez again.

Dominic was honest about our basement carpet. Although it was not good news he had to deliver, I appreciated the honesty instead of charging us for cleaning carpet that needs to be replaced. He was up front about how pricing and worked with me to change the original service request.
THANK YOU to Noel for being on time and doing such a thorough job cleaning our oversized livingroom carpet as well as our carpeted stairs. He sprayed both areas with a solution to protect the carpet, too. He was professional, kind, informative, and efficient! It was important that he told me to stay off the carpeting for at least 24 hours, or until the carpets felt dry to the touch. We kept an oscillating fan running, and decided to stay off both areas for two full days, and now we're enjoying CLEAN living again!
