The service was very professional and the young gentleman who cleaned our carpet was careful and made sure he was doing a good job.
Friendly personnel, knowledgeable and helpful. Carpets always feel like they ARE clean instead of a crusty feel afterwards. The extra care to get as much of the water out of the carpet before leaving is nice, we can walk on it sooner.

Zerorez got me in very quickly because I was having a baby shower and I wanted my carpet clean for the Thanksgiving holiday also. The young man that came to the door was very very professional he did everything very quickly and he was very pleasing to visit with. I would highly recommend his work to anyone as my carpet‘s came out looking amazingly beautiful. He said what I felt was a lot of time in each room. I can’t say enough about this fine young man.

I appreciated the thoroughness, the deep clean, the tech's friendliness, but I wish the tech had been able to give me more specifics on the spray treatment I purchased as a follow-up.
I really appreciated the friendliness of the service providers and their efficient and diligent work done in my home. (I also appreciated not having to wait for 3 months to get a scheduled appointment for my carpet cleaning - I am very grateful.)
