On time deep cleaning

Good customer service. Dan arrived punctually to clean the vents. Thoughout the 2 hours he was here, Dan explained what he was doing and when. I also appreciated him installing a filter in a hard to reach return, and for cleaning the furnace at no charge.
The senior discount was very much appreciated.

I've used Zerorez previously for carpet cleaning, which did the best job I've ever had done on carpets! This was my first time using them for cleaning grout in my kitchen and bathroom floors and, boy, did it do the job! My bathroom tile is white with white grout and is about 25 years old. The grout was a dingy white/yellow and I did not have high hopes for restoration. After 24 hours, the grout looks almost brand new. My kitchen floor grout is also 25 years old and is a light gray color that hasn't been sealed in years. After 24 hours, the grout is its original color and my tile is cleaner than ever! I never would have believed this was possible, after hand scrubbing it myself for years. Lucas, our technician, suggested we have the grout sealed. It added to the cost, but trust me, you're going to love the results. And I feel good knowing that I won't have to worry about the grout getting stained again for at least another year. Do yourself a favor and have your grout and tile professionally cleaned. It's an investment that makes a difference right away.

I love the fact that once my carpets are cleaned, they stay clean!! The service techs are professional!! I have had my carpet for 14 years and only ZeroRez has cleaned them and they still look brand new!!!
