Dominic was honest about our basement carpet. Although it was not good news he had to deliver, I appreciated the honesty instead of charging us for cleaning carpet that needs to be replaced. He was up front about how pricing and worked with me to change the original service request.

THANK YOU to Noel for being on time and doing such a thorough job cleaning our oversized livingroom carpet as well as our carpeted stairs. He sprayed both areas with a solution to protect the carpet, too. He was professional, kind, informative, and efficient! It was important that he told me to stay off the carpeting for at least 24 hours, or until the carpets felt dry to the touch. We kept an oscillating fan running, and decided to stay off both areas for two full days, and now we're enjoying CLEAN living again!

The ease of scheduling, follow up to reconfirm and the reminder. The service went very smooth, the tech explained what was going to happen with us before he started. Went as explained. For product, this is our first vent cleaning so time will tell.

Zerorez leaves no soap residue in your carpets which is a big plus. The company is very good about scheduling appts. & following up with notification reminders as your appt. gets close.
We have used them twice this year since the CoVid explosion. Their tech has been very CoVid compliant while in our home.
They do a great job, eliminating most stains & traffic pattern areas & our 30 year old carpets have never!!!! looked better. Lucas was the Zerorez tech. who cleaned our carpets. We highly recommend him, he’s knowledgeable, efficient & thorough in his work.
