Our tech was very professional and on time. He was honest with us and saved us 90.00. That really impressed me. One challenge though........... Our home has a dryer vent on the roof. He indicated that he cannot go on roofs. What are all those people supposed to do. There are literally thousands of us. He did the best he could from inside the house. Something to think about?

He did a fabulous job on our carpets - getting rid of spots other carpet cleaning companies said couldn't be removed! Will use Zerorez and Tyler again and again! Cleaning got up all soiled spots including one fruit juice stain that has been there for years. The young man who did the cleaning was friendly and did a good job.
