Zerorez got me in very quickly because I was having a baby shower and I wanted my carpet clean for the Thanksgiving holiday also. The young man that came to the door was very very professional he did everything very quickly and he was very pleasing to visit with. I would highly recommend his work to anyone as my carpet‘s came out looking amazingly beautiful. He said what I felt was a lot of time in each room. I can’t say enough about this fine young man.

I appreciated the thoroughness, the deep clean, the tech's friendliness, but I wish the tech had been able to give me more specifics on the spray treatment I purchased as a follow-up.

Great service. Having slightly older carpet, I am concerned about getting all the staining out. But you service does a great job. Techs are always kind , respectful and efficient.

Tech was courteous and took the time to evaluate my trouble spots. Explained what he was doing and what I could expect. Very quick with the job.

We had our air ducts cleaned yesterday. We were very impressed with James, the man who did the work. He was professional, knowledgeable , and very polite. We trust Zerorez because we have used their services several times for carpet cleaning. We felt comfortable calling them for cleaning our air ducts.
