There were stains that I thought would never come out but he got them out. He was very helpful on explaining the types of products u offer and what he could use to get stains up. My carpet looked amazing when he was finished and I will most definitely be using u guys every year.

The products used are nice and they take care of the house. Overall they do a good job. Be prepared for the up-sale with add-ons. For the most part I say no to the extras.
