My elderly bulldog started having accidents in the house and I tried everything to get rid of the smell of urine. I knew it had soaked to the pad and was worried I would have to replace the two year old carpet. Lucas came and explained very thoroughly how this method differs from traditional services. He gave me detailed instructions on how to proceed after he left and explained my warranty to great satisfaction. I will be using zero Rez annually to keep my carpets fresh.

The technicians were on time. They went over the spaces which needed to be cleaned. After they had finished they had me check out there work. they had forgotten to do the closet which we talked about and after I asked them about it, they were happy to do it. The were very professional.
