The service was excellent. After I made an appointment I received a text confirming the appointment and later on, closer to the day of the appointment, I received a reminder. On the day of the appointment, I received a text with a link where I could track the person who was going to clean my carpet to see if he had the right address and when he would arrive at my place. The young man that cleaned my carpet arrived on time and wore a mask (covid season) and shoe protectors all the time. He explained the procedure and did an excellent job. What I liked the best was the easy communication with the office previously to my appointment, since I needed to reschedule. I was also given a big senior discount.

The quick no nonsence approach to cleaning my unit that the Technician took to begin and finish my home cleaning. From the start where he let us know what he was doing to the end where he explained how the cleaning process was suppose to work and how the follow through works.
The technician was knowledgale of the whole cleaning process and i felt that our cleaning process was successful. Ther is one thing that i felt could be better, let the customer know just when the whole process begins and ends. IE 9 am, 10 am etc. Not 8-12 am. I along with everyone else treats our time as a premium. Along with the pay rate of which i think was very fair. Thanks for your help.
