The service was absolutely WONDERFUL! My carpeting looked cleaned and smelled fresh! The only reason for the "9" vs. "10" was the price ended up being quite a bit more than the estimate; however, in fairness, my rooms and my hallway were bigger than "average," so I did understand.

Our technician, Travis, was really Fantastic! He was friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of carpet cleaning including wool vs. synthetic carpeting, dreaded pet stains, and other set-in stains. He answered all my questions thoughtfully and gave me tips on cleaning new stains in the future. He was SUPER!

Tech was very friendly and informative. He also was swift and stayed on task. We were also very impressed with the outcome of the cleaning. We had 3 large spots after our daughters dog ate a large quantity of smoker grease (black and very sticky). He got ALL of it out... I was so thankful!

You were on time. The young man explained the process before starting. He was polite and professional. The two spots I was very concerned about came out beautifully. He cleaned up behind himself. Maybe he could have done a better job of extracting the moisture from the areas where the stains were concentrated. It took 3 days for them to completely dry out.
