I love the results I get using Zerorez! The young man that came was very polite and very knowledgeable. He wore his booties over his shoes while in our home and removed them if he had to go out to his truck and then reapplied them on his return.

Chris Walker was very knowledgeable. He took the time to tell me about my carpet's condition. He then explained what could and couldn't be accomplished with a cleaning plus the advantage of applying MicroSeal. Donning shoe covers he was efficient, thorough and very pleasant.

The duct work was cleaned out. The technician that did the work explained what he was going to do and how it works. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced. Even though it was Friday evening and it was his last appointment of the day our technician was thorough, very systematic, and was really nice. Dan, our technician treated us like we were his first customers of the week and he was happy to be here. Great customer service!
