My carpets look great and the girl who cleaned them was amazing. I’ve had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez about once a year and usually satisfied with the results. But the female technician who did them yesterday 9/29 worked so hard on the traffic areas that they look like new. Wow, Z is a Wonder Woman!

The first attempt at cleaning our rugs was not complete; there were a few rugs that looked like they had only been vacuumed and Noel had the technician scheduled to come out with 24hrs to redo them. We have had Zerorez clean our carpets for some years and always with good results.
Last Friday we had a young man named Benton clean our carpets. He was extremely polite, pleasant, and accommodating! He spent time in every room, the hall, and stairs doing a great job everywhere. To say the least, I was very impressed with this young man who already has a great work ethic in getting the job done. I was so pleased with him and the great job he did I told him I would ask for him again next fall to clean our carpets.
