The crew from Zerorez arrived on time and quickly got to work. They explained the process to me and said they could do a spot cleaning on a section of my shower and if I didn’t like the results they would not charge me for any work. The guys placed protective barriers on the corners to prevent the vacuum hose from damaging the wall corner surfaces and wore shoe covers to keep my floors clean. All in all they were very professional and performed their tasks quickly and efficiently.

I was very impressed with our technician. In the past we were told some stains just couldnt be removed. This tech got every stain out that a tech had previously worked on. He was concienctous and took a lot of pride in his work. You need more like him! I hope we get him next time. Thanks!

The employee was on time, answered my questions and the amount was feasible I was able to have three small throw rugs cleaned, moved a piece of furniture to make sure the carpet was cleaned below, and was friendly. No soggy mess and dry time was quicker. Products good.
