Carpets look fresh and clean. Dried fully by evening. Just don't think it's appropriate for the tech to ask you if you want to tip. I was rather surprised.

I have used other carpet cleaning services in the area and was never pleased with the results. They could never get the high traffic areas to look clean. Once I used Zerorez I was so impressed with how clean my carpets looked that it is the only cleaning company I use now.

Lucas explained everything clearly and didn't try to oversell me. I'm in sales, and train sales people, so I know when I see someone that knows how to talk to clients effectively. They also did an amazing job and some really dirty carpets. We'll defiantly have them back again.

My carpet had not been cleaned for an embarrassingly long time and was very dirty, plus several difficult spots. My carpet now looks almost new and has no spot. The same is true of three pieces of over-stuffed furniture. The crew was pleasant, efficient, and vaccinated for COVID-19! I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome of the process.

Justus was very prompt and professional. He did a wonderful job, even removing a spot that neither I nor another cleaning company was able to remove. He asked me to check his work and see if I wanted him to go over anything again. Everything was neat and clean when he left. It was a good experience.
