ZeroRez did an awesome job in my sister's apartment. The very nice young lady showed up on time, and did a great job.
My only complaint is that you advertise $55 up to 200 square feet, which her apartment was maybe barely over that , if at all. However, it's a minimum fee of $110. So I had to really pay $110 not the $55 "advertised" and tip. A bit misleading. I will know better next time.

The service was excellent. After I made an appointment I received a text confirming the appointment and later on, closer to the day of the appointment, I received a reminder. On the day of the appointment, I received a text with a link where I could track the person who was going to clean my carpet to see if he had the right address and when he would arrive at my place. The young man that cleaned my carpet arrived on time and wore a mask (covid season) and shoe protectors all the time. He explained the procedure and did an excellent job. What I liked the best was the easy communication with the office previously to my appointment, since I needed to reschedule. I was also given a big senior discount.
