We had a delightful visit w/ Brooke, but, to be fair to your staff and your customers we feel that a personal review of the actual visualized and discussed goals should be tied to an 'at the time"
estimate of what has been seen and discussed.....
I had a very different idea of the job requested and fees than what we ended up incurring.
I had discussed over the phone what I had in mind, and was given an estimate, but, was only home briefly when Brooke started the job and my wife and I had never discussed requested service and fees compared to what we finally got.
Brooke and I reviewed the job and she went by herself to do some undefined initial part of the
job, but, there was never a clarification of what she saw the job entailing and costs vs what I
thought was coming.
As we had good results and feel the offered discounts offset some of our sticker shock, we let
this go...but, it has been on my mind to make this recommendation to the company.
You've been in business a long time and I can't see how this has not upset some customers.

Spot cleaner and pet odor cleaner is amazing. Cleaned up and removed the spots nicely. Travis was a nice technician and has a great attitude. He was knowledgeable about the products and helpful in my decision making.

Our technician was very educational and not pushy at all. He knew his products and helped inform us of what he recommended without coming off as a sales man. Would recommend this company to anyone!

Lucas and Mel were professional, competent and communicative as to their timeline and arrival. They were frank about the condition of my carpet and did a great job removing my accumulation of farm dirt and coffee on my carpet. Some of my stains were beyond help but that was not the fault of Zerorez.
