Lucas was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, but not pushy. He also made the extra effort in his work and was as happy as I was at the end. He didn’t leave until about 6:00. It was a big job (750 sq ft of white tile). In the end, the tile and grout was very clean, close to looking new like when we had it installed 15 years ago. They came a few days later and by the time they were through my carpets looked like new again.. Thank you guys for helping to keep my investment looking like new!

I like the people you hire to clean carpets. They are always professional and committed to do a great job. When you have a special for 3 rooms for 99 dollar, it's such a good deal, but one room and two small area rugs for 99 dollars would have not taken as much labor as it fid in our four level. I was denied my request. Your worker would have made the same money in half the time snd could have attended to other customers faster. I wish you would become more flexible including a proposal like mine. Nonetheless, I'm still happy with Alex and Zerorez.

My technician, Chris Sanders, went out of his way to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He was very realistic about what to expect regarding different types of stains/high traffic areas and what it would take to address them. He went above and beyond in my daughter's room, where there were candle wax, tea, and make-up stains. Chris was knowledgeable, polite, and did an outstanding job. I'm very happy with the results.
