My carpet had not been cleaned for an embarrassingly long time and was very dirty, plus several difficult spots. My carpet now looks almost new and has no spot. The same is true of three pieces of over-stuffed furniture. The crew was pleasant, efficient, and vaccinated for COVID-19! I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome of the process.

Had our entire house carpet cleaned Thursday - 2nd floor, main floor, and basement. Guy, the gentlemen who did the cleaning was SUPERB, as usual! He did it the last time, and we specifically asked for him again this time. He is thorough, friendly, fun to talk to, and knows what he's doing. HIGHLY recommend Zerorez!

I made my appointment online. The employee was on time and did a very nice job cleaning our bedroom and upstairs family room. The areas were completely dry by the next morning, so I could put the movable furniture back in position. No surprise charges. I have used the company before and will again.

Zerorez was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable about what causes stains and diligent in their efforts to remove them. They needed to come back a second time because of a special problem oh, and did so at no charge. They are amazing!

Also helped me with a wool area rug and advised on its care. We have kitchen cushions that really take a beating and they came out perfectly.
