The workers arrived during the time frame that was given to me. They got right to work, were very polite and made sure that I was happy with my carpets. They cleaned 7 rooms and some hallways. Ended up taking quite a bit of time even though they were consistently working. I was pleased with the results and would recommend Zerorez to anyone!!

Our technician was knowledgeable and gave us great advice on what to use to clean our carpets after our puppy had her way with them. There was literally zero smell and they looked and felt so clean after. The only downside was they took much longer to dry than we were told but it didn’t bother us too much. Thanks zerorez!!

The information supplied by the technician. When asked about the longevity of the current carpet he explained what to look for when needing to replace it. In this case replacement was the better option. Honesty is appreciated.
