I was disappointed that it took so long for the gentleman to arrive, and I just about cancelled it. But the man was so very nice and charming that he talked me into going ahead with the cleaning..
He told me his name but I've forgotten it, but he did a marvelous job and saved the day for me and my husband. I didn't want to keep the house in topsy-turvey condition for another wait.

I was not as pleased this time as I have been in the past. I will try Zerorez again the next time I need service because of their past service.

Landon was super nice. He did a great job. There was very little dust bunnies I had to clean up.

At completion of cleaning carpets look terrific. My only concern is the amount of residual water/cleaning solution still left on carpets. Carpets were very wet up to 24 hours after service.

The fact that you do not use chemicals is a big plus. Another is that any stains do not reappear in a month or so because you go below the top surface of the carpet. Also, we have used Zerorez for years and have always had very polite and professional people.
