Quick, friendly and professional

I booked my appointment and confirmed online, but was never contacted by the company. My confirmation said they would be there between 8-11:30. I arranged to be home all morning, got up and vacuumed and moved furniture. About 11:30 nobody had shown up and I hadn’t heard from anyone. After calling they said that they called the day before and the gentleman said they had already had their carpets cleaned. They had called the wrong number and cancelled my appointment. They were able to get a technician out later that day, but I wasted my whole day waiting around. They did a great job once they came, but it was an inconvenience waiting around all day!

Please give the guy that did my work the highest mark because he did a fabulous job and was very informative and very kind.

Wasted 30 minutes explaining that my cheap $40 rug wasn't expensive. Do this song and dance every time ZeroRez comes over. The agent plugged in his cleaner in my office which caused the breaker to trip and lost my work on my main computer.
