Arrived on time for service! Seemed to do a good job!

I needed a pet stain and odor treatment on my carpet badly. The associate did a good job. But now the area feels like there is a residue on the carpet, and there is still
pet odor. I'm not sure if it's because of the severity of the pet stain/odor or if that
happens every time you use the stain/odor treatment. It's not pleasant. I wish there was
something more that could be done to eliminate both the odor and the residue feel.

My carpets were not overly wet, serviceman was polite, friendly and answered all my questions, my carpets are cleaner

The technician was friendly and very diligent. The result was amazing. He resurrected a 26 year old, light colored fabric couch. Thank you for this great, green technology that helps us all from being such a huge part of this throw away society.

Technicians were very responsive to requests for touch-ups. They took the time to make things look terrific and were very willing to give trouble areas extra attention. I will definitely recommend zerorez to others.

The difference is in your technicians. My tech this week was wonderful. Really gave it a personal touch. I've had some that do the basic job and head out and a few that really put in time and effort to make me satisfied.

Professional. I liked how they wore booties over their shoes. It showed me that they cared about not tracking dirt in my house.

We have used your company to clean our carpets 4 times. Two times the work was great and two times the work was terrible. I am sold on the technology. When done correctly our carpets are very clean and stay clean for a long time. The problem appears to be the technician and how they perform the job. This last job (Aug 20, 2014) the technician stated she was new and had only done this for a month. Her equipment did not work and she needed to call for help to fix it. The work left places that were not clean. When I ask her about it she said the carpet was old and nothing could be done. After she left my wife cleaned for 2 hours on places that were still dirty and was able to remove additional dirt. We called and talked to someone about this. They said you would send someone to clean it again today or Saturday. My wife took time off from work so they could come today. We confirming the time she was then told that it would be scheduled Saturday. It probably needs to be done right but not sure now if that will work when considering work schedules. The work is not worth the money paid and was not done as well as previous jobs. After this experience we are unlikely to recommend Zerorez or have you clean our carpets again. I also believe that the technician may not have received sufficient training. Finally, the equipment needs to be in top condition to provide the best cleaning job. The carpets still look very dirty in certain places. I had expected them to look much cleaner. I have called and asked for a redo and hopefully the appointment Friday will get a better result. I was also disappointed that someone couldn't come sooner.

I was impressed with the technician who came and did the work. He was very polite and on time.
I did not like the fact that the carpet was soooo wet and took overnight to dry out.

Were able to schedule job quickly; Care and concern for house, ie. corners, other floors, etc. The guy that came out and did the job was very nice and helpful.

lower price and more accurate appointments. i was told no way until 2pm that day and then the tech calls me at 10am and says hes on his way. when I told him that wasn't what was scheduled he called his supervisor and then called back and said he would be there at 2. then at 2:30 the office called and said that the tech just left his last gig and was "on his way."
I feel that my time is important too and the fact that you cant seem to meet your appts. as planned or that you team isn't really a team as one hand has no idea what the other is doing is bad business.
