I'm happy with the way my carpet looks. The only complaint I have is that the cleaner
couldn't get closer to the baseboards in the hall. It leaves a yellowish finish along the wall. Everything else is just fine.

I have had Zerorez clean our carpets many times and we are always pleased with the results. The carpets are cleaned perfectly and there is never a smell or problem. The agents are courteous and helpful. They always go the extra mile. We will never have another company clean our carpets!

The work itself was very good. We use you exclusively for our carpet cleaning. The thing I am not comfortable with was how freely your agent discussed my dealings with him to a neighbor who came by the house while he was working. I was not able to stay at the house while he worked because I had to go to work (which he said would be fine). Later while my husband came to the house that same neighbor came by and during discussion shared info with my husband that only I and your agent discussed. Things like how I paid and info about changes we are making to the home that aren't any other person's business. I was really uncomfortable with this and hope you will reinforce to your agents the importance of your customers privacy. Thank you, Name removed

Old stains don't reappear a few weeks after you've left. They really are gone and my carpets look cleaner months after you leave whereas other companies the old stanins reappear after a few weeks. The guy that came to clean our carpets was professional, kind and friendly to my kids and went above and beyond to do a great job.
we never got a quote; we never even got an estimate, and then when the technician got there he quoted us a little over $600. We didn't know about the pet treatment. There were a lot of surprises when he got there: a charge to do the the carpet in the closet attached to the bedrooms, a fee for this short little hall, $60 a staircase (we thought the stairs was counted as an area), then the living area was charged as two areas. We were not made aware of this; we believed the advertising from Doug Wright and Greg Wrubel that this was an awesome experience (probably because they got their house for free). When they called to confirm Catherine was told that the technician would assess things ... what a surprise ... $600 worth of assessing. I am sure it is $29.99 a room, but then it is all the other stuff! $150 (or $75/gallon) for pet treatment for only two or three spots where there was an accident. There will be no positive recommendation for you people from me or my daughter.

Everyone was very attentive. Workers did a great job.
I have been using Zerorez for years. I like the water extraction,chemical free, and the process cleans very well without leaving a residue.
however, I was disapointed that I was quoted $318.00 and paid over double. I knew it woul be more with the added closet and perhaps, the added stairs. However i was not prepaired to pay as much as i did ...over double $621.00.
This was to be a discounted deal! Im not sure what it would have been if I didn't get the great discount????
Zerorez always does a great job getting my carpet so clean and soft!
I didn't need to see the demonstrations they were just a distraction. My stairs didn't come very clean.
The price went up substantially from what I was quoted. The technician didn't have his black light and cleaned all the carpets before treating for stains.
