Zerorez was very communicative when there was a problem arriving on time. When my tech arrived, he was very professional and thorough. It was a good experience

Call center was poor. The day I was scheduled, one of your technicians got hurt and things had to be re-arranged. I get that, but I had to call three times myself, and you didn't call me! Finally you admitted that you had "forgotten" to call me and keep me up to date, so I was waiting at home a long time. Then it was too late for me because I had another appointment, so had to go to the next day. Isaias was very nice and tried his best, but had not been informed (which I had told you) that we were on the 4th floor of a condo bldg., so that was a surprise to him. We negotiated for some extra tile cleaning; I thought the total he quoted me was for the entire shower (including walls) but turned out it was only for the floor. If I had seen the written invoice ahead of time, that misunderstanding could have been avoided. I thought the price for sealing the tile grout was a little high, but way too high since it didn't include the whole shower. Then afterwards, a stain he worked on was WORSE than before! Someone will be coming next Wednesday to work on that, hopefully can improve.

I like the way the carpet looks and feels after cleaning

Zerorez products do not contain harmful chemicals. I thought that the men who came to clean my carpets were very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that every area was cleaned to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone.

A spot on the stairs was missed. I am still irritated each time I see it. Also, the main man, who said he was training the other one, paid no attention to the one who was doing the
cleaning. He spent the entire time talking to us.

It seems the cleaning was done so quickly that I wonder just how it could be clean.

For those reasons I am not completely satisfied and would have reservations recommending to anyone.

the cost was a great deal. The technician was great. My tile looks brand new. Unfortunately, the water from the machines warped my baseboards...you need some sort of shield to put up against baseboards.

It got all the pet stains out and Eldon Kizer,the man who came to clean my carpets, was very friendly and knowledgeable.I also like the fact that no shampoos or chemicals are left in my carpets.

We like the fact that you don't use soap and you do a good job.

Looked like a good cleaning job but left carpets very wet. With so much water left, there must still be lots of dirt, the looks sometimes don't tell the whole story about cleaning.

This is the second time that we have had Zerorez clean our carpets. The first time the tech was very professional and informative, he offered other services but was not pushy and the carpets came out very clean.
There were a couple issues this time. The carpet was not as clean, it looks like it was rushed and so there are clean/dirty streaks or lanes where one path was cleaned good and the next path wasn't.
Biggest issue was they kept pushing duct cleaning and my wife had said "no thank you" several times. Finally the tech said "OK" but wanted to "take a look" at our furnace. I was not at home at this time and my wife did not watch what he did. So when I arrived at home I turned the heat up to help dry the carpets but the furnace was not coming on. After some confusion my wife then told me that the tech had looked at our furnace so I looked at it and being a competent repairmen by trade I found that the tech had, at some point and for some reason, had removed the access panel and had not put it back correctly so it was no longer engaging the safety switches. The locking latches had been bent a little so I was able to take care of the problem and get the furnace working again with 5 minutes of work, not a big deal for me. Just letting you know that if I had not known what I was doing that could've resulted in a much bigger issue for you. I was also not happy that the trained carpet cleaning technician was messing with my furnace, even after we had refused any sort of duct cleaning. So to sum up, The first time zerorez came I would give them a 10 on carpet cleaning and service this time probably a 7 on carpet cleaning and a 2 on service, because of the "up sell" and breaking the furnace.

Communication with technician and office was very prompt and courteous. Over the top service and friendly technician.

No chemicals. Technicians do all they can to make sure I am satisfied with the final results.

it took over 24 hours for the carpets to drY. They said it would take 6-8 hours. It took about 26 hours

My carpet was totally wet when they left and it took 2 days for my carpet to dry. There is spots in four rooms that are still there. I had Zerorez clean my carpets 2 years ago and the carpets were almost dry when they finished, and there was no spots left, that is why I wanted you to do my carpets again. I know if they would have taken a little more time and gone over my carpet one or two more times it would have been better. My stairs were sopping wet.

Schedule more carely so your tech doesn't have to arrive 3 hours late. If it weren't for the great professionalism and customer service of Isias, we would not be booking Zerorez ever again.

Not leave the carper soggy wet it took two days to get it dried out inone of the rooms.

Our tile was cleaned and sealed but they ended up leaving the the stairs soaked in the process. Not sure what happened. I think it's all dried out now though...

I am a customer for life! Chris and Chris came to my house to clean out my vents. Our pet hamster got out and died SOMEWHERE in the ventilation system. Our whole house smelled like a dead animal. The Chris' were so willing to take as much time as was necessary to find the hamster. They were determined to fix the problem and after searching every duct in my house, they suggested we look inside the furnace. The younger Chris had experience in the HVAC industry and so he knew how to access the inside of the furnace. Sure enough, there was the dead hamster. After two hours of looking for the hamster they STILL stayed and cleaned the carpets. It was well after 8:00 pm on a Friday night when they finished and I'm sure there were things they would have rather been doing. I am so grateful they were dedicated to helping us with a problem we couldn't have fixed on our own. They were so friendly and knowledgable and I will tell everyone I know that Zerorez is the ONLY cleaning company to use. Thanks to Chris team!

Right on the edge between the wall and the carpet was not cleaned, and It didn't seem like he tried to get under the bed or dressers very far.

Ben, our technician, was so careful to see that he was doing everything we needed. He was quick and thorough and did a great job. We are very satisfied.
