The service was good, but the carpets took a long time to dry, and when they did dry, the floors smelled really bad.

I love that Zero Rez makes my carpet look new again. It stays clean longer and dries faster. I was so happy with the results of my carpet cleaning this time. The technician
worked really hard and made sure everything was to my satisfactory. There is cheaper prices out there but I am never as satisfied as I am when I use Zero Rez.
Our light colored carpets looked great after cleaning. Eric is efficient, courteous, and thorough in his work ..... a great representative for Zerorez!
The technician was friendly and polite. I liked that he put corner protectors up. My carpet is clean and bright. And dried so quickly!

Make sure to use the machine on high traffic areas. The first tech that came out didn't and left the carpet matted down with more water.

Friendly Service and I like that you clean with water. It doesn't leave your carpet feeling hard with soapy residue.
The service was thorough. My carpet is very clean, and it was very dirty. I am appreciative.
I understand that not all stains are removable, however we had you come clean because of a new puppy that we have had for a few months. The urine stains have lightened in many areas and is much better than before,however many are still pretty visible. We even paid more for the pet guard and had to pay double as the room was apparently too big to be counted as one room. I just wish the stains had come out more. I am beginning to think the pet guard really didn't do anything...there was not odor to begin with.
You must have over booked the day. My technician was great but he didn't arrive until 5:30 pm. Not good.
Also, whoever made my appointment had my name way wrong and my address incorrect. The tech had to call me to find out where I lived. So not good. When the person called to confirm my appointment I gave them the right name and address but the tech still didn't have the correct info.

The technician did an amazing job for us. He worked so hard to get the filthy carpets in the home we just purchased looking as good as new. I was shocked. I did not expect them to come clean. They looked fantastic when he was done. We would highly recommend Zerorez to others.
I like the friendly employees, the speed of service while maintaining a high quality standard and the follow up and communication from Zerorez. It was an overall great experience!

Isaias Melchor, technician, is fabulous! very thorough and friendly. I was VERY FRUSTRATED with the appointment and dispatch part of the process!!! It took three calls to get through to someone / I made an appointment for a specific time slot only to be called a couple of days prior and told the requested technition (Isaias) now couldn't come to my home for another 10 days / I rescheduled as they requested / the day before that appt I received a call that he would be at my house at the end of the day when I had scheduled it for the morning part of the day. I told them all the appt changes and that if they could accommodate what had been originally scheduled I would never use them again and contact another company. 2 hours later I received a call back saying they would stick with my original time. Isaias came and did a great job.
I realize appt near by each other are better for everyone but take that into consideration when an appt is made not the night before and act like it's my fault and I need to do the changing.
Spots that have existed for a very long time are gone--I hope for good--only time will tell.
The quality of the cleaning was excellent!
My $99.00 cleaning job turn into a $400+ job, but I did add more to it. I was surprised at the high cost when I stepped beyond the three room special.
This is the 3rd time we have had you clean our carpets. This was the very best and most thorough time. Every time has been good but this last time was the greatest. I hope you reward the fellow that did it. David Cobia
