Very professional and friendly. Loved that the pretreatment is water and orange peel extract, and the obviously cleaned with water. I’m so happy that I don’t have to worry about my kids and cleaning chemicals on my carpet. I will definitely use them for all my carpet cleanings and highly recommend.
I don't like that 1 have to have a minimum $100. I would use you more often if I could just do 1 or 2 rooms. My home has mostly wood floors but I have 2 rooms that do have carpet. I am always trying to come up with random stuff for them to clean.

The technicians were great and very polite. The staff setting up the appointment and the follow up was very professional too.
The technician mentioned the edges were hard to get when transitioning from carpet to hardwood. It left a visibly noticeable difference, like a dark frame around the newly cleaned carpet. Other than that the job was well done.
Carpets come clean and dry quickly. Customer service is good, too, keeping us informed of technician’s arrival.
Thorough evaluation and no pressure
The carpet was still wet in spots 20 hours later.
I was called and told the carpet cleaner would be done in 45 minutes and was in the Sandy area already.
I left work to make it home, so I would be there in the allotted time. I waited an additional 45 minutes and called to see when he would be coming. I was put on hold and then told he had additional work at the previous house, but he was now on his way. I needed to go back to work and I would have appreciated a courtesy call letting me know why I was waiting so long.
My carpets look great, but I am disappointed that I still can’t get my house back in order.
Some areas of the carpet still show stains that I thought would come up. I used your firm perform and had great results.

The carpet was not completely cleaned and so they are having to come back and re-clean. We paid a lot of money and I was expecting the carpet to be clean as usual. We have only had zerorez clean our carpets. Just a hazle having them to come back.
The person that did my carpets was very efficient. He went to work as soon as he had explained the process and had answered my questions. My carpets were very dirty and they look really nice now.
