Had 3 soda spots on carpet and regular carpet cleaning should take care of them! Instead you want $30 per spot over and above my $254.00 cleaning!!! Not happening

Just maybe bring a couple of fans ? Instead of just one
Our technician was amazing. He explained everything well and worked hard and efficiently. The stairs took quite a while to dry. In fact they are still wet. I wasn't prepared for that, but I realize there isn't much you can do about it. I was just told it would dry within a day.

Technicians always do a great job. When they finish, everything always looks so much better and there is never a very long wait for the carpet to dry. They work quickly for the amount of work that is done.
