The service technicians were courteous and got right to work. The job was done quickly and correctly. The rugs had not been cleaned in 8 years and came out as clean and fresh as I could reasonably expect. I liked how the floors smelled fresh but not soapy and the dried fast. I will use these folks again and I do recommend them.

The carpets were dryer than any other company has provided for us. They were dry by the next day. We were happy with the service we received.
I just need to let you know that we are really disappointed in the job that was done. We don't feel like it got very clean, anywhere, even in places that weren't particularly dirty. Wishing we would have stayed with our old service. We switched to you on the recommendation of a friend but I at this point we could not recommend your company to anyone. Sorry, wish it was different. Our old service used to get everything out and make our carpets look brand new and for less money. You can make it right by either refunding our money or coming back and re- doing it and getting it clean this time, especially the extra dirty spots. Like I said, our old service use to get everything out. The technician was very pleasant but we felt like he sure hurried through the house. The end result was very disappointing.

The man who came was very, very nice. However, we felt that we way over paid for the services. We were expecting to pay around 400.00 and ended up paying 800.00! What a rip off!! The tactics used to upsale left us feeling like we had been taken to the cleaners- literally! No thanks, I will not be returning and I will definitely not recommend you to my friends.
The carpet was good but the equipment left several marks on my walls. Most of them I was able to scrub off, one I may need to paint over.
I was disappointed in the results! I was able to get the loveseat cleaner with canned cleaner, but chose to pay a professional to same me the time and effort. I think with a little more time and care the results could have been better

The tech was knowledgeable, professional, here when he said he would be and my carpet looks brand new again after 10 years, that's why I have always used Zerorez.
My appointment was changed 2 times by zerorez. I bought a new home and needed the air ducts and carpet cleaned. I understood doing 2 separate appt. But i was called 2 times to change my appointment because of overbooking. With moving it was very frustrating to schedule an appointment and hold off moving then to have it changed again and again. I am happy with the service that was done, but will think twice about using in the future if this is how you run your business.
Zerorez usually does a really good job. I like the fact that no soap products are used.

I appreciate the technician coming out a second time to clean the carpet that really wasn't clean much at all the first time. I would have preferred that it had been done right the first time.
