I like that you guys don't use harsh chemicals. I also was very impressed with how fast and thorough the service technician was.

Quoted $200 and something, ended up being $800 something. Way too expensive. No amount of labor, cleaning or chemicals are worth an additional $600 and something dollars.

Service tech was friendly, accommodating and did a great job!! He took up stains that have been there for ever! My carpet is 35 years old and looks new again!!

I loved your service, my carpets are very clean and dried out in an appropriate amount of time. My only complaint is that I paid the extra for the pet treatment on a small landing/hall at the bottom of my stairs. There weren't a lot of pet "accidents" but I can still smell the odor slightly.
I thought it would be guaranteed, but after calling I found it wasn't.
This is the reason for the 8 and not a 10.

Still have some tough stains. Service person came out again and tried. I appreciate the effort.

We got bumped back Friday m our original time. When we called to ask why the service employee said we had been called and notified, but we had not. Once they arrived, everything was fine.

I'm not impressed with how my carpets look after service. I've used Chemdry in the past and have always been satisfied. I also feel like I was double-billed for the sealing of my grout. I paid to have my tile sealed, then a separate charge of $129 to seal the grout?? The two services should be one charge because its difficult to seal tile while avoiding the grout. Last, I think your pricing is very, very high - my bid was for $400, I ended up paying $1200 after up sells.

Great job on my carpets and couches! The couches were awful and now they look brand new!

More than 24 hours later I still have some damp areas. That may be due to extra attention to pet urine. Also I still have some of those typical small round mystery spots that were not removed. I don’t remember the man’s name who did the job but I felt that he was very thorough and explained all the extra costs very well. I would give him top marks.

Overall he did a good job. However the last tech that came I guess set a high bar.
This guy was less informative about post cleaning instructions.
I’m guessing he was efficient, but the last guy seemed to spend a little more time on a few high traffic areas.

Again the tech wasn’t bad. He was nice, seemed efficient. We just preferred the first tech we had last time.

Our cleaner was very professional.

All green. My grandson has severe asthma so I choose Zerorez to protect him from harmful chemicals.

Reese was very thorough and professional. He explained what he was doing and why some of the stains by the heat vents would never come out. He also gave me tips for future spot cleaning. He offered additional services and hoped we were so satisfied we use Zerorez for our future cleaning needs.

Rock was very polite, informative, and efficient. He wasted no time in accomplishing the cleaning of our carpets.

Many years ago, I discovered a very bad stain on the back seat of my new car. I had heard about Zerorez on KSL and asked if they cleaned upholstery in cars. They said they would. When the guy saw the stain, he kind of "moaned". He said, "Well, I can try, but I can't guarantee that I can get THIS out."

He applied the process three times and there was still a faint stain. He said that was the best he could do. I was just thankful that he got it as clean as he did.

The next day, the stain was TOTALLY gone! AND there has never been a trace of it - that was 14 years ago!

That sold me. I have only had my carpets cleaned professionally a few times since then, but I have always used Zerorez and never been disappointed.

And this time was no exception. Courtesy and a pleasant attitude and going above and beyond in meeting my needs will DEFINITELY keep me coming back to Zerorez in the future!
