Carpet still smells up the house after about 1 month!!! Time taken on each carpet could have been increased for better results. Injured employee very professional and informative. Appreciated the slippers. failed to clean up the puddles of water left on the wood floor!!!
Left black marks on top of stairs due to failure of proper corner guard placement.
I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning services. We felt it did a very good job. There were many stains that did in fact come out so that made the wife happy.
Our service man Eric was professional and was knowledgeable.
We had our tile shower cleaned too however we feel for the money we paid it wasn’t worth it and wouldn’t recommend tile shower cleaning services.

Chandler and Cody did a phenomenal job! They arrived promptly, were courteous and professional, and our carpet hasn't looked this good since it was new! The crew answered all our questions, helped up find pet stains, that we knew were there but couldn't see, and did an overall AMAZING job cleaning our carpet! We are very pleased! We highly recommend Zerorez!
They did a super job of keeping us informed of the arrival time of the technician. He even called about 30 minutes before arrival. He was was pleasant and professional. The tech checked with us several times while here to see if we were satisfied with the work and to see if there was anything else we needed. He went straight to work and protected the wall corners and wore shoe protectors.
We would hire Zerorez again.

Good service, friendly technician, quality cleaning, fast drying.
I paid a lot of money for the car urine to be out of my carpet. When I came home that night the rug was VERY wet and there was still an odor. After it dried I covered the carpet with a piece of plastic and the cat went right to the same area smelled it and peed on the floor again. The technician was nice, helpful and professional but thE high cost didn’t change anything and now the room is back to the same issue and it is SO frustrating. The rest of the house looks good, but do not charge a crazy high fee when it didn’t work and my cat went right back to the area because it wasn’t cleaned- I should have never asked for that extra service. Disappointed. Would recommend you for general cleaning only.
There were 2 areas that did not come as clean as I think they should have.
He missed cleaning an area of about 1' in front of a door.
The given drying time of 4-6 hours was highly inaccurate. We had to put tarps over our furniture outside to protect them because the carpet did not become dry ish until after midnight! There are areas in the house that are still not dry....24 hours later!!

Your employees, Eric and Jose, were very professional and friendly. I think they did a very good job on our carpets and tile floors. Even though it was a cold and wet afternoon, they were efficient and careful not to track in the rain and snow. I would recommend your company to anyone.
