Overall he did a good job. However the last tech that came I guess set a high bar.
This guy was less informative about post cleaning instructions.
I’m guessing he was efficient, but the last guy seemed to spend a little more time on a few high traffic areas.
Again the tech wasn’t bad. He was nice, seemed efficient. We just preferred the first tech we had last time.

Our cleaner was very professional.
All green. My grandson has severe asthma so I choose Zerorez to protect him from harmful chemicals.
Reese was very thorough and professional. He explained what he was doing and why some of the stains by the heat vents would never come out. He also gave me tips for future spot cleaning. He offered additional services and hoped we were so satisfied we use Zerorez for our future cleaning needs.
Rock was very polite, informative, and efficient. He wasted no time in accomplishing the cleaning of our carpets.

Many years ago, I discovered a very bad stain on the back seat of my new car. I had heard about Zerorez on KSL and asked if they cleaned upholstery in cars. They said they would. When the guy saw the stain, he kind of "moaned". He said, "Well, I can try, but I can't guarantee that I can get THIS out."
He applied the process three times and there was still a faint stain. He said that was the best he could do. I was just thankful that he got it as clean as he did.
The next day, the stain was TOTALLY gone! AND there has never been a trace of it - that was 14 years ago!
That sold me. I have only had my carpets cleaned professionally a few times since then, but I have always used Zerorez and never been disappointed.
And this time was no exception. Courtesy and a pleasant attitude and going above and beyond in meeting my needs will DEFINITELY keep me coming back to Zerorez in the future!

Fast and did a great job!
The service technicians were courteous and got right to work. The job was done quickly and correctly. The rugs had not been cleaned in 8 years and came out as clean and fresh as I could reasonably expect. I liked how the floors smelled fresh but not soapy and the dried fast. I will use these folks again and I do recommend them.

The carpets were dryer than any other company has provided for us. They were dry by the next day. We were happy with the service we received.
I just need to let you know that we are really disappointed in the job that was done. We don't feel like it got very clean, anywhere, even in places that weren't particularly dirty. Wishing we would have stayed with our old service. We switched to you on the recommendation of a friend but I at this point we could not recommend your company to anyone. Sorry, wish it was different. Our old service used to get everything out and make our carpets look brand new and for less money. You can make it right by either refunding our money or coming back and re- doing it and getting it clean this time, especially the extra dirty spots. Like I said, our old service use to get everything out. The technician was very pleasant but we felt like he sure hurried through the house. The end result was very disappointing.

I'm always amazed at clean Zerorez gets my carpet. They do an excellent job.
The man who came was very, very nice. However, we felt that we way over paid for the services. We were expecting to pay around 400.00 and ended up paying 800.00! What a rip off!! The tactics used to upsale left us feeling like we had been taken to the cleaners- literally! No thanks, I will not be returning and I will definitely not recommend you to my friends.
The carpet was good but the equipment left several marks on my walls. Most of them I was able to scrub off, one I may need to paint over.
I was disappointed in the results! I was able to get the loveseat cleaner with canned cleaner, but chose to pay a professional to same me the time and effort. I think with a little more time and care the results could have been better

Fast dry time. Only company that gets our white bedroom carpet clean
More than 24 hours later I still have some damp areas. That may be due to extra attention to pet urine. Also I still have some of those typical small round mystery spots that were not removed. I don’t remember the man’s name who did the job but I felt that he was very thorough and explained all the extra costs very well. I would give him top marks.
